I used this website (Fanaticsfootballs.com) to order a gift for my son for Christmas. I ordered it on 1 Dec. 2025. Didn't receive ANY information about the item by 20 Dec., so I sent an email asking for an update. That time, they told me that it takes time because it's handmade and needs special care. I again emailed on 26 Dec. asking for an update and an attempt to cancel the order. Their answer: it is being produced and they would make it a "priority" shipping. I have now emailed again and asked that they TOTALLY cancel the order -- I don't care if it's done or not, I was going to contact BBB and cancel payment with my credit card company.
