I booked a flight through farewhisper.com. I talked directly with them multiple times asking for my record locator and being told someone would call me back within 24 to 48 hours before the flight. This never happened. I contacted them at 48 hours before and was told someone would call back in 30 minutes. Did not occur. I then contacted them twice at 24 hours before the flight. They told me, wait 2 hours, someone will call back. They never did. I then contacted American and they told me there was no longer a hold for my name on the flight. So, I had to re-book at a higher price and am currently out the money I previously paid. They are a scam!! Do not use them.
