Fastfilings.com is a company that mask itself as if is a part of the state of Illinois filing department. I thought I was paying for my annual report filing fee and penalty. I payed this company 174.00 dollars, thinking it was part of the Illinois Secretary of State office last Thursday. Today I received a letter from the State of Illinois saying that my fees had not been paid. I emailed them asking for a full refund.
