I originally purchased this bed as a gift for my fiancee, to help with her PTSD. When I purchased in early September, I was told that the bed would be shipped at the end of October as part of their October batch #2. October came and went and still no tracking details or activity. So I tried calling them, to no answer. I emailed their support email channel and only received an instant generic, "We've received your email" reply. Over the next 2 months, I've tried constantly to get in touch with them to ask for a refund, but never even got an answer or response. They don't answer phone calls or emails and now, their website, feelopus.com, no longer exists. I still don't have any tracking number, or any indication from them that I would ever receive this item, and based on the ringing phone number that goes to a "google subscriber not available" answer machine and the now disabled website, I believe them to be a scam. Nearly $2k is a lot to me and I'm really hoping that someone can help me recover my lost funds. Please avoid this company. Its a scam.
