made online purchase from www.femmefindsATL.com February 13th for a sweatshirt and paid through Shop app. Never received tracking info. Tried multiple times to contact via website chat portal to no avail. Emailed to complain and got one response saying they apologized for the inconvenience and the item was being prepared to ship, but have not received any further information since then. It has been over a month with no package received and barely any customer service. Requested a refund twice and got no response. it's either a scam or horrible customer service.
