I purchased an item (a bandanna) through FFMA website: https://www.ffmabrand.com/ on 11/16. I was forced to pay express shipping, which I was fine with because I needed the item quickly. I reached out to the company because it did not ship. Mark Amaya, the owner, responded saying his mom was in the hospital and he would try to send it soon. I have yet to receive it or get a refund. I have reached out 5+ times, with no response. They stole my money under the fake guise that it goes to help those with addiction. Absolutely deplorable.
