Received multiple texts about filing annual report for my small business. Seemed legit with website file.washingtonannualreports.com that had all of my company information already. "Filed" and paid $200. Later realized it was a scam. Number texted from was the SMS short code number 62516. I got the other phone number I entered from my bank when I disputed the charge. This is what the text message said NOTICE: company: ***** ****** *** a Washington annual report can be filed file.washingtonannualreports.com/60 4307398 reply STOP to opt-out of future reminders. The web site looked just like the Washington state site I was charged 200.00 two different times. Dollars Lost $400 [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Ebizfile.com] [Location: WA, USA- 99361]
