I had used this site to upload photos from guests at my daughter's wedding. When I went to download the photos, the message I received said "Your trial uploads have run out. Upgrade your account at https://fileinbox.com/account to receive this file. Once upgraded, this file will automatically transfer in about 5 minutes. Email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.". I upgraded to the basic plan for $29.00 a month knowing that once I was able to download the pictures, I would go in and cancel the subscription since I would no longer need it. But, the files never transferred. I contacted them via email twice with no response other than saying they will get back to me. They never did. I tried to go in and cancel the subscription. When I hit the cancel subscription link, I got this message: "This plan doesn't exist...how'd you try to subscribe to a plan that doesn't exist? Weird." So, then I tried to delete my card. When I hit the delete card link, it took me to another page that said "Not found". Then I tried to change my credit card, but the credit card information was grayed out and wouldn't allow new information. I have no way to get ahold of them and no way to cancel the "subscription".
