Recently, many fake groups have appeared on Telegram claiming to be “private crypto groups”, but behind them are just scammers trying to steal your money. How the scam works: A scammer contacted me on Telegram, asking if I wanted to invest with him. I knew it was a scam, but I downloaded the game to expose them. He sent me a link to and told me to register with just an email and password. I used a VPN and a fake email. It only took 20 seconds - no SMS verification, no email confirmation. This is a major red flag. What happened next: He told me: “Deposit 150 RON and we will turn it into 15,000 RON in a few hours” 🤣 I refused. Then he asked me to verify my identity with an ID and a selfie. I uploaded an expired Google ID and a random selfie, also from Google. Then he asked me for another deposit of $200. The most important thing: The scammers are BEHIND the website and are watching everything in real time. Whatever you upload - bank card, ID, selfie - goes DIRECTLY to them. He even told me that my ID had expired - proving that he was watching everything live. I told him: "You haven't found a fool here. Stop stealing from people who really need money."
