Using Shopify i searched firefly guitars and there was convincing legitimacy of fireflyguitarstudio.com because of the layout of the guitars. I generally use Ebay which handles and manages all the transactions. It sure looked legitimate and I used my debit card to buy a guitar for $229.91 on 12-01-25. Then on 12-04-25 a recurring withdrawal of $229.91 was on my account. I immediately contacted my bank and said fireflyguitarstudio.com probably made a mistake and charged me twice. I then emailed fireflyguitarstudio.com and told them they charged me twice for the same thing. I got not response from them and i went back on Shopify to look at the contact info on my receipts. When i tried to contact fireflyguitarstudio.com directly they blocked me. And then all my emails to them were returned none delivered. Icontacted Shopify customer service which was zero help and after complaining about fireflyguitarstudio.com scamming me. Shopify continues to allow fireflyguitarstudio.com to be on their platform. Filing the complaint with Shopify about fireflyguitarstudio.com was useless because i needed information about fireflyguitarstudio.com that i could only possibly get if i wasn't blocked. I told Shopify that I couldn't file the complaint because i couldn't submit the complaint without the fireflyguitarstudio.com url which i couldn't get because i was blocked.
