I was looking for an outdoor propane patio heater and internet searches brought me to Fire Habitat (firehabitat.com) which had a nice website selling fireplaces and patio heaters, etc. I did look at their tab "about us" and everything seemed to look good. However no merchandise was ever received, no communication answered, no phone number for them found, and the charge on my credit card went to Red Carpet Limo in Atlanta, Georgia. I ordered two items from firehabitat.com. I immediately received an order confirmation email and then nothing else. After a week, I emailed customer service inquiring about my order status/shipping estimate and received no response. After a week and a half, I used their website's chat feature to send another inquiry - again no response. The next day I sent both an email and a chat message firmly requesting order status that day - again no response. The following day I disputed the charge with my credit card.
