Community Reports

A company called Flexible Shoes LLC was registered in Wyoming using my address and my son's name (Samuel Mosquera). They also have his SSN. We have both filed Fraudulent Business Filing Complaint Forms with the Secretary of State of Wyoming. Their website (flexibleshoes.org) shows my address and my son's name. I am filing this report on behalf of my son. I have not been contacted personally by this company, but I do receive postal mail at my address which is also Samuel's permanent address. The postal mail is from businesses that are trying to sell to Flexible Shoes and from one company (First Data Merchant Services) that Flexible Shoes reached out to in order to establish a Bank Card Processing service.
