I booked a round trip flight. Began having uneasy feelings. Emailed and called about a refund. They reassured me that the confirmation number would be available 24 hours before the flight. Called Southwest Airlines and was told that I did not have a ticket. Asked Flightsclick.com to refund my money. They charged me an additional $60 to start the refund process. They sent an email confirming. I askd that they deduct their fee and return the balance, but refused. I'll be using the emails to have the bank return all of my money from this fraudulent company!
