On December 10, 2025, I purchased a 2 hour skill development session (basketball youth camp) from Flight Hoops Report (flightshoopsreports.com). The session cost $100, and my credit card was charged via Square for that amount. My confirmation code for the purchase was 7XXsOV2twAhy6lbA7Yrb0w. On Dec. 17th, 2025, I was notified by an email from the owner of Flight Hoops Report, Justin, that the Boise youth camp had been cancelled, and that I would be receiving a refund for the camp within 72 hours. Justin from Flight Hoops Report then emailed me directly again on January 12, claiming that their payroll provider Square was not processing the refund correctly. He then asked for my personal Venmo handle and promised to send me a refund via that app if Square did not cooperate within 7-10 business days. I have followed up with Justin via email on 1/13/26, 1/19, 1/28, and 2/11 to request that the refund of $100 be provided and I’ve received no response. In my last email, I did state that if he did not respond to my refund request, I would report his business. As of today, 2/15/26, his business website has expired, and is no longer accessible.
