I placed an order with Flowershipping.com for a birthday floral arrangement. The order was processed and paid for online. I even paid extra for same day delivery for a friend's birthday. The company called a few moments ago (the day of delivery) to tell me I need to send them more money because they decided to use a local florist instead of whomever they usually use. They were unwilling to accommodate a replacement order similar to the original. My choices were to send them more money or cancel my order. I asked to speak with a manager but, per Chad & Lynn, managers are only available by email and there's a 2-3 day turn around. So, now, I'm out of money and still no floral arrangement.
