On March 23, 2026, I placed Order #1864 with Foretil / foretil.com. The product listing and advertising presented the item as a genuine LifeCard firearm-related product, using images and presentation that indicated I was purchasing the authentic product shown in the listing. The item I received was materially different from what was advertised. Instead of the genuine product represented in the listing, I received a toy/replica/imitation item, described in my documentation as a soft-bullet toy/replica item. The product received did not match the advertisement, the listing images, or the reasonable expectation created by the seller’s presentation. I contacted the merchant on April 14, 2026, requesting a full refund because the item was misrepresented and not as described. The merchant first offered a 45% partial refund, which I rejected. They later offered a 70% partial refund, which I also rejected. On April 18, 2026, the merchant stated by email that a full refund had been arranged, but I did not receive the refund. On April 24, 2026, they stated they were “expediting” the refund and asked me not to initiate a dispute or complaint, but the refund still had not been received. The disputed charges connected to this order are: March 23, 2026 — $53.15 — Foretil March 23, 2026 — $12.94 — Foretil / expedited or VIP shipping Total disputed amount: $66.09 The shipping charge is also disputed because I paid an additional fee for expedited/VIP shipping, and that service was not provided as promised. I am also reporting this because the seller’s advertisement appears to have materially misrepresented the product being sold, and buyers should not be shown images or descriptions of a genuine product and then receive a toy, replica, or imitation item instead.
