Back in November/December I purchased tickets for the Disney on Ice Show in Long Beach. I was told that I would get $25 refund due to a promotion. I think I fell for it because it seemed like it was part of the same transaction. I was annoyed because I was asked to request the refund by e-mail it was not given right away. I was upset why I have to give all the info again I just purchased the tickets and why they couldn’t access all the info at the same time. I open a chat to talk to someone who guided me. It sounded so legit. It was taking to much of my time and I quit, but I guess they got all the info needed. I was told the refund $25 would go back to the same credit card I purchased the tickets. I got a Bank Fraud Alert that FreeDelivery.com was charging $25. It has happened twice since last December. Well, I was supposed to be getting $25 refund not paying $25!!!!
