Trade Dress & Copyright Suppose that I am interested in cloning an existing game. All the images and sounds are different, but the concept of the game is essentially the same. I was looking back at the Blockles/Tetris lawsuit, and I don't quite understand trade dress. Like, why has Blizzard not sued games that are similar in nature to Diablo.. like Torchlight?
