In June 2025, I purchase four African mesh sponges for my family. After following up with the company directly at the email address provided, I was pleased to receive the items in the mail. However, what I was unaware of that the order included a monthly reoccurring membership that was not advertise as a fee base membership. This company has consistently charge me $29.99 every month since. Most recently, they got greedy and started to charge me twice a month. When I reach out to them to request a refund, the company email bounced back through Gmail. There is also no recollection of the store on Shopify where it was originally advertise. A quick review of Reddit showed others to have had this experience. Stay away from this company -tryglownetic.com, Getglownetic.com, afro scrub nets, all a scam.
