I ordered three items at GiveThanksWear.com via an ad from Facebook in October. The items arrived in November and all were of very poor quality; one item was defective. I reached out to their customer support via email because I could not locate a phone number for customer support. I went back and forth via email with customer support numerous times with long delays in between their replies. The cost of all 3 items was $81.87. Due to the fact that the quality of all three items was unacceptable (and none of the items were at all like what was described online), I was requesting a full refund. The "Santa Sweatshirt Hoodie" was defective; a large section of the fur was not stitched to the garment. The long sleeved "Merry" shirt was nothing like what was posted online and instead looked like oversized pajamas. The same was true about the "leggings" that did not appear to be leggings at all but oversized pajama bottoms. I was offered replacements (not an option since all items were such poor quality) followed by offers to refund amounts of $8 or $14. Unacceptable. It is my own personal belief that this company (GiveThanksWear.com) which goes by "Wodatata.Tech.Co., Ltd" instructs their customer service reps to delay the responses when complaints or requests for refunds are requested. Why do I think this? Well, PayPal refused to cancel my transaction because more than 30 days had passed since I received the items. Why did 30 days pass? Because I was trying to work with the company the entire time to receive a refund. This is unethical. Companies like this should NOT be in business. Please be warned.
