I may have been scammed. Can I get some advice? At the moment I can't get into details, but I gave my birthdate, parents name and email, my name and email, address, and my phone number online in a phishing scam. When I get home I'll give more details on what and how it happened. But right now, can you give me advice on what to do? Full details: I got a letter in the mail from someone I now believe was impersonating Case Western Reserve University. They told me to go to the following website. GoCWRU.org/start and fill out some information so that I could recieve updates about applications and things. I went to the site and filled everything out. They took my phone number, name, parent name, email, parent email, address, and birthdate. I didn't think anything was fishy until the next day when I got another letter in the mail saying the exact same thing, but for a different university. On google it said their website may have been hacked which made me believe that the earlier one wasn't real either.
