I placed an order for artwork totaling $185.00 on December 4, 2025. I received a shipment on December 10, 2025, which I didn’t open because it was a Christmas present. When I opened it on December 25, I found that the merchandise inside was not at all what I ordered. It was as if the label for my order was put on someone else’s box. I tried twice to reach out to Godsfingerprints.co via e-mail (they do not provide a phone number anywhere on the order acknowledgement or on their website). Their system automatically responded acknowledging my e-mails on December 26 and December 29, stating that they would ‘do their best’ to respond to me within 48 business hours. They never, ever, to this day have responded to my inquiry so ‘their best’ has failed to clear a very low bar. Clearly they, despite all of their assurances about 100% satisfaction and other self-aggrandizing statements on their website, do not care enough about their customers to get their orders filled correctly, to make it easy for their customers to contact them, to respond to their customers’ efforts to reach them and to ‘make it right’ as they claim on their website to do.
