Ticket Changing Help My boyfriend got me tickets to a hockey game from one of those greatseats.com type websites. It wasnt stubhub but it wasnt craigslist... somewhere in the middle. But when he sent me a picture of the tickets the PDF he printed had only the seat location written at the top, and then the event name in the middle. There was the barcode on the side, but usually there is more information around the ticket not just one line of section, row, seat I'm afraid that maybe someone is trying to make some extra cash, because they were great seats, by changing the location on the tickets so they would be able to make more than they normally would. Is this something the venue can see, if we called could they tell us what seats the barcode matches? What happens at the gate when they scan the tickets, does it show on the screen what location the tickets are for? Are there any ways to validate these tickets before we get there?
