Possible sales scam. So I found this website called greengeeksdomains, thinking it had some relation to another website called greengeeks.com. Lo and behold, not the case. I bought a domain from them, thinking it was a decent enough place. After seeing that I can no longer log in with my login ID and password that I registered with, I'm curious as to whether or not the site is legitimate. Also tried the lost password service, no luck. Not even my correct answer to the security question is working (I recorded passwords/sec. questions). After investigating further, I found that there is no phone number, no real "customer service" (other than an email forwarding, which probably won't get me a response; and yes, I've sent an email to it). I'm worried because 1) I signed up with my debit card, and I think I'm on some kind of auto-renewal. 2) I've never dealt with this problem before. Anyone ever dealt with this kind of situation concerning sales fraud, or even this website specifically?
