I think I clicked on a Phishing Mail link, but nothing happened and the link is just random e-mail adresses? I got a Phishing E-Mail from "Facebook" about some other login trial and I clicked on the "Report User" link. Nothing happened. I check for files in "Downloads" or new tabs, nothing. I went offline, ran a microsoft defender offline check, restarted my computer and router and now I'm wondering if something else could have happened?
