Ordered a Sole double tap kegerator from BBQ Grills.com on August 27, 2025 with promise to ship 7-10 business days. After a month of not accepting the item I started calling and sending emails. I sent a lot of emails with delayed responses with promises the item would be shipping. BBQGrills then said the item is no longer available and provided a few options for replacement, I chose the double tap Summit kegerator which was to ship within 2 weeks; never shipped. Again, contacting the company through email and phone with very delayed responses and not answering their phone or returning phone calls. I then sent the company an email indicating that I would first file a BBB complaint then, if necessary hire an attorney if I don’t receive my kegerator or a full refund of 1799.99+tax. No response from the company for two more weeks, then I started calling and again emailing. They sent me a pic of a tracking number with Mainfreight that turns out to be what appears as a fraudulent tracking number. The tracking they sent indicated the item requested delivery date is December 31, 2025. I have not received the item. Again I called with no answer and followed up with another email asking for proof of verification on delivery or verification of a refund transaction. No response. I ordered from the website (Nov 2025) and the firepit was scheduled to be delivered in early January, 2026. Item was never received and no updates posted on the website for our order number. Called and was told the item was ready in the warehouse, but BBQ Grills.com had an issue with the shipping company and they were looking into it. Contacted a month later via email (Feb 2026) they apologize and are still looking into it. Requested refund and currently disputing purchase. No response. Internet search shows numerous customers experiencing the same situation- items are never delivered and refunds never issued after several months and multiple requests.
