On March 5, 2026 I purchased a smart ring with charging case through haloring.us I received my confirmation email and it said I could track my order through the Shop app. It has since stated that it is awaiting tracking info. I ordered from haloring.us and - over 3 weeks later - received a "LuckRing". I purchased a size 8, which is my standard size, and it was too big. The app required to use with "Halo" ring is for the LuckRing and is total junk. I contacted the company and they said to return it I need to pay for the return shipping PLUS they keep 20% for "restocking." This is such a scam - it's not even a Halo branded ring. I ordered 2 Halo Ring 3’s and a charging case from the website haloring.us on January 16 2026. I received the goods February 2 2026. The rings and charging case received were not the ones advertised on the website. The packaging did not reflect the company name Halo, and the app I was supposed to download does not appear to be related to Halo. On January 12, 2026, I ordered a rose gold “Halo 3” ring from https://www.haloring.us, along with a charging box. On January 30, 2026, I sent an email regarding my order. Order number 10163. I had paid for express shipping and I received no updates through my Shop app. I did not get a reply. On February 2, 2026, my order was delivered. The product was cheap and was not what I ordered. The product I received was a “luckring”. Not from Halo. The Halo website does not state that it uses a 3rd party supplier. This is not what I ordered. I sent a follow up email regarding my complaint with no reply. Upon further investigation into the brand, I have found that several people have fallen victim to this. I placed an online order with www.haloring.us on 2.24.2026. I received an email stating my order was being prepared to ship with a China tracking number on 2.25.2026 and then another email stating that their our official website, www.tryhaloring.com, is now fully updated and back live. There is no customer service number to call, only an email, which I have done now 5 times requesting a refund and to cancel the order, with only getting another random email stating it's in process with a tracking number that hasn't changed since 2.24.2026. I placed an order for haloring.us through the SHOP app that appeared legitimate at the time of purchase. After completing the transaction, I received a confirmation email and what was presented as a shipping tracking number. However, the tracking number provided was fraudulent and did not correspond to a valid shipment. The tracking information either never updated or led to a non-existent or unrelated delivery record. Despite waiting for the expected delivery timeframe, the item I ordered was never delivered. I attempted to contact the company for clarification and assistance but either received no response or was unable to reach a legitimate customer service channel.
