I purchased two items from this Moroccan Company on October 3, 2025. I contacted them via WhatsApp on October 10, 2025 and was told they would get back with me regarding the status of my order. I inquired again on November 12, 2025 and received a response stating the items did not meet their quality control. They asked me if I would like something else and I said just refund my money. Additional contacts on November 12, 13, December 14th and 15th. I was informed the refund request had been sent to the appropriate department. More contacts on January 26, 30 and February 2, 2026 and was told to email them at hellomytindy.com. I then I heard back from Sara on February 6, 2025 stating my refund had been processed via the original payment method, PayPal. I checked my Pay Pal the next day and it showed my refund was on its way! Well today they CANCELED my refund! I have attached screen shots to show the cancellation. I know since this is a Moroccan company you can't probably do anything but I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this company. Thanks!
