TaskRabbit Errand Theft It's been days of getting the runaround with TaskRabbit. Beware of this company. I hired a Tasker under the errands service to mail a time sensitive package and the address they wrote on the label was apparently illegible. USPS had to return to sender, only I have no idea what address the Tasker put for the return section. USPS was able to disclose a zip code, but the zip code matches neither the pick up address of the package or the destination. TaskRabbit claims outside of an email address that they have no way to contact the tasker, and he has been unresponsive. Meanwhile, the tasker's profile shows new reviews for jobs as recent as today. 17 emails later with support this is the email I received a few minutes ago: *The tasker Frank was sent your information and was requested to contact you as soon as possible ever since you contacted us reporting the situation.*   *Upon review the tasker has not replied to our contacts.*   *In this case you have always been welcome to create a claim to our resolutions team due to your missing items. To do so you have to follow these steps:*   * *Sign in to your Taskrabbit account on the website.* * *Navigate to the* ***My Tasks*** *section.* * *Select the relevant task by clicking* ***See task details****.* * *Scroll down to the* ***Need Help?*** *footer and fill in the requested information.* * *If your task is eligible, you will see a clickable* ***Start a claim*** *link.* *Once your claim is submitted, we will work with you and your Tasker to gather any additional information needed for a resolution. Please remember that claims must be submitted within 30 days of the task date to be eligible for our* [*Happiness Pledge*](http://help.tr.co/)*. Only one claim may be submitted per task.*   I go to submit a claim and it bogusly claims I am ineligible because it's been over 30 days (the job was a week ago) or it hasn't been paid in full (it was paid in full the day of the task as all
