We’re a group of PhD and Master's students from Melbourne and we’re conducting research on people living with dementia and their caregivers to develop valuable resources and tools. Specifically, for anyone that is an early caregiver whose loved one has received a diagnosis in the last 1-2 years, we think our personalised action plan may help you navigate the journey.
