This "model kit" was advertised on YouTube. It looked interesting so I ordered it. Weeks later, I received a broken resin item, not a model kit at all. I contacted the company, sent photos, and requested a "model kit". A few weeks later, I received the same piece of junk that I originally received but it was not broken. I have contacted the company numerous times requesting a full refund as their website offered. They told me that they could only refund 20%. I again asked for a FULL REFUND. They then offered me a 30% refund. I emailed them again asking for a FULL REFUND and this time they offered a 40% refund.
