I am doing this with absolutely no commercial incentive, it will be free of charge. There is nothing in the text of the rules of he game that includes anything further than what can be found on Harry Potter encyclopedia sites or Wikipedia. I feel like it falls under fair use as it doesn't use any large portion of the texts, there is no similar product offered by the copyright holder, is being done with no commercial incentive, and doesn't threaten the copyrighted material's worth in any way. I felt inclined to ask here though just for your opinion. Thank you.
