Google search engine provided me this site, “holidayhauldeals.com”while I was looking for a specific motorcycle helmet. It was offered at a high discount of 58% on this page, that looked like a regular e commerce platform for specially cheap offers . The web page looked quite normal and professional at first glance, it had the little lock in the browser bar and appeared to be secure, so I ve put the helmet into the shopping cart and then proceeded to payment, and everything looked quite normal. After finishing the payment process I received a confirmation email that looked a bit suspicious, it came from a sender with a different name.. [email protected] . The order number had been very very long and strange , so I tried to find my order on their initial page “holidayhauldeals.com” which was impossible, as well as I could not login to my customer account , the only contact of customer service there was an email adress, which only produced a mailer deamon, it doesn’t exist.. i cancelled my order right away using the [email protected] email As the only option to get in touch with them . They also said that my order has already been shipped and therefor can’t be cancelled anymore.
