I received 2 notices back to back days through the mail saying I’m going to lose a house at 4109 N Steven’s St, Tacoma WA 98407. I have never been associated with this address. My husband and I do live in a neighboring city for the past 22 yrs but never in Tacoma. This letter is stating that I was made trustee for this home for a Phillip Craig Hill. I do not know who this person is and am not related to them. The letter is claiming I have a note of 107130 for this property, I have no such note.. it says I need to pay over 8500 with another almost 1500 in fees. Please assist with this elaborate scheme. At first glance it looks legit, but there are several different addresses listed on the letter, a Seattle phone number for a Spokane address and when I looked up the website listed of www.homeownership.wa.gov it leads you to a different website and the Spanish translation has a different website of www.homeownership-wa.org There is too many inconsistencies to this scheme.
