Property Record Transfer Services/Recorded Deed Notice-- I'm a former title examiner, trust me, this is a scam. **Edit:** Found a copy someone else uploaded of the [same mailing ](http://idx-images.cisdata.net/acnt/images/617/AR450617/file_manager/SCAM_record_processing_notice.pdf) My parents recently transferred title of their house to my mother exclusively, and my mother received a piece of mail a few days later with some very persuasive language attempting to sell her a copy of her current deed and a "property assessment profile"... for $83.
