My funds might have been found I made a few posts about this already. I was scammed $11,100 on a few different transactions from April to May. I have proof of conversations with the scammer like pictures of our conversations and money transactions. The woman was identified as Maria Emily a 36 years old Ukrainian woman from LA, CA although probably a fake identity. A fake platform called Igdexvip.com was used for the investment transactions, which I see is now shut down. Wire transfers and cash app were used to deposit money into my ig account. Both my banks refused to refund me the money. But a state police called me last week and replied to an email stating he can help me find the funds. He tracked down the funds and told me they ended up in an exchange called OKX from the Seychelles. He said the funds were than transferred to a second exchange and found $8,000 of my funds which he froze. He told me that a lot of criminal activity was exposed to this platform. He said he'll probably send a warrant for the funds in the next 30-45 days, and a judge has to decide if I can get the funds back. He said he's hopeful I will get the funds back which I'm praying for, if not some of the $11,100 that was stolen from me. Just wanted to post this to hopefully help out to anyone who has been scammed. It's a very difficult situation. I still haven't received my money, but contact state police or legit law enforcement for help. A lot of fake scammers keep messaging me that they can get my funds back but this is the first person who is not charging me anything to help and investigate the case.
