Roofing Company threatening legal action or portion of the claim from me if I don't let them do the work. Location: Centennial/Aurora, CO OK, so three weeks ago a roofing company ([Nordkap](http://www.nordkapconstruction.com/)) showed up at my house wanting to do an inspection on my roof. They were the first ones to show up that day. I agreed to let the guy look over the roof since I noticed a leak in my bedroom. He looked it over and said that I had a hole in my roof size of a quarter over my bedroom, he also said that there was enough hail damage to put a claim in with my insurance company. He also made me sign some kind of agreement, which I didn't look over and which I later threw away (I realize now that was stupid), but they way he explained it was that it was just an agreement to let them represent me in front of the insurance company, they way I understood it, if I wanted someone else to do the work it would be ok. This is the back of that agreement ([back of agreement](http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/o3473mnnm2kmb2u1h86.jpg)) (this I got from my neighbor who also signed with them, because I threw mine out) There was another company that showed up that day, and they offered to do it much cheaper. So later I talked to my parents and they gave me a number for another roofing company, which had done business with some friends of ours and seemed to give me a better deal and better roof. So I decided to go with them. Nordkap has called me asking about my claim , and I told them that I found someone else (a week or two weeks ago). Today, they showed up and were threatening to sue me because I already signed the agreement with them. Also said, if I don't go with them, whichever the company will do the work, will owe 15% of the total cost to them. And they said since I didn't cancel with in three days, I am legal bound to the contract. None of this was mentioned to me when I signed. I repeat, they have done no work. They also have a complaint with BBB ([
