However as the image above shows the loads my disk is under is very low so I dont know why it does this. I have been down this road before trying every single thing on the internet to fix it but to no avail, yes ive tried installing malware detection software so far ive found nothing every time. And this problem has even survived a complete reset, so everything got deleted. Ive checked the health of my Nvme and it also says everything is good. So can someone please help me find a solution Im so tired of this.
