Apple support scam - trolled scammer and 168 iMessages as payback So the scammer who sound American, young tech bro type reached out after I received a call about someone trying to change my iCloud phone number. I was bored so got then to call me back, guess I wanted to put on a funny accent and just troll him a little. He said someone in Germany has being trying to change my number. Ok, I was getting more convinced by the minute, young sounding tech bro possible legit story but I wasn't convinced. So he told me to go to incident.icloud.com ok that's an apple domain. So I typed it in and it looked like it was not active. Here is the kicker, on telling him that it was dead he replied matter of factly that it was actually incident-iclould.com. Ahhh so I told him I was doing a whois and it came back as a site in ROME, VA ha ha .... he got mad and I must admit I might of used a few bad words, about his life choice and what a wanker / looser c6#$ he was. Well he hung up and must of had a special script for folks who talk back as I was immedianlty inundated with 168 iMessages from various services like uber and the like - seemed like legit services that he just added my phone number to! I highlighted highlighted all of these messages. I didn’t open any of them and just clicked delete and then report as spam. So I guess he got some sweet revenge and not sure how I now stop getting messages from these service 😞 - mass deleted them and marked them as spam - so interesting and I sure someone who's not tech savvy might of gotten a little further down the rabbit hole. Of course they spoofed the Apple support number but the tech bro thing threw me off, an AI vice perhaps but it seems to react too quickly when I called him out. ***A day later I now realize that all of these iMessages were probably from his server just spoofed to look like they came from Uber Nike, etc. that’s pretty clever. I guess he thought I’d go now through all 168 messages and try and unsubscribe fr
