I ordered printer ink from inkjets.com they sent me my order but two of the cartridges did not have ink. I contacted them and they said they would send out replacements. When i did not receive any replacements i called again and was told again that replacements would be sent out. again i received nothing. I called again and again got the same story with no replacements received. When i called the forth time i got a message and no call back and since then it has been the same only a message. I don't care about the $75.00 i just want them shut down before they scam others because there website still looks legitimate. Inkjets.com bought out carrotink around a year ago. I have ordered from carrotink many times before with no issues. whoever took it over is obviously a scammer or so far in over there heads they need to be shut down.
