I purchased a top from InlyLine.com after clicking an add on Facebook. The site looked legitimate and the purchase worked the same as it would have with any site I’ve shopped with. The money was taken from my account, $48.76 paid to “Bb Mushope”, on November 1st. This was my first red flag of the transaction but it was too late at this point. I received an email the next day (November 2) that stated my order would soon be ready to ship. The email showed “VeryWear” at the top, the body of the email included reference to my order number, and it ended with best regards from “the civiltube team.” Red flag number 2. The next correspondence was received on November 5th and was an email from “VeryWear” apologizing for some kind of inconvenience as if I had contacted them with a complaint (I had not, I hadn’t expected to receive the product for 10-20 days as it claimed it was a company in London). The email also included a tracking number and 2 tracking options - 17track and SwiftX. It referred to SwiftX as my “local delivery service” and encouraged me to contact them with any questions or concerns. The email did not provide any contact information for the company I purchased from (none of their emails have). When I clicked on the 17track link I did get tracking information showing the order shipped from China, not the UK. Tracking information stopped on November 6th when it states “out for delivery.” When I attempted to locate the package on the SwiftX website it says my order doesn’t exist. It’s now November 15th, over a week later, and I have not received my package or any kind of response from the company or the delivery provider (SwiftX). Upon researching it further I discovered that InlyLine and VeryWear have extremely low ratings and are both associated with potential scams. CivilTube doesn’t actually exist. They not only took almost $50, but my full name, address, phone number and debit ca [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: InlyLine] [Location: CA, USA - 92
