(US)Scammed on shop app via inmivo.com Ordered a $70 item from shop app via inmivo.com. Going forward I will never trust the shop app as they don’t vet sellers or do anything to help customers of they don’t receive items. Seller inmivo.com had outlook contact email. First I emailed that and they said they would refund. They didn’t so I contested the charged with Wells Fargo. Apparently they don’t ask their actual customer their side and believe a fake tracking number from scammer. I have all documentation but talking to wells Fargo is like banging your head against a wall and I have wasted hours. Many others have complained about this scammer online and if you go to their website you can tell it’s a scam(remember I ordered on shop app and never saw their website). Is there legal recourse here? I was scammed, my bank won’t even let me talk to anyone in the US, and won’t do anything. At this point it is principle not the $70 anymore. Thanks for any help
