I ordered the playable tiny violin from the Innerous.com. I was sent a receipt sago it would be shipped with 10days. Item has not come. I made order on 10/11/25. I contacted their customer support and they acted like they looked up shipment and that it appeared lost and said they were shipping a replacement and that I would get an email with that information, never got it. I have reached out multiple time by email (I can provide copies of those emails) and item has never come nor did they send replacement. I have asked for a refund and they are refusing to do so. They are saying it is too late to refund but, I sent original email well within the policy time for refund. I have since googled them and they are considered a scam.
