validtion.com

I made a purchase via Facebook advertisement regarding a purchase of a large fanny pack from Validtion.com. Placed the order on Nov 10 and haven’t received the item yet as of Dec 8. Contacted and communicated with the company via email numerous times at: [email protected] . Received email responses that I thought was legitimate indicating that the product was on the way. Was provided tracking number and a site to track and as of 12/2 there have been no additional tracking updates provided. So I informed them that if I didn’t receive my product within 3 days, they will be reported as fraudulent company to BBB and that I will request refund and dispute charges with my credit card company as fraudulent/scam. Also, there was an online store which is no longer available nor a valid online site. I asked them and they finally responded asking them for the US delivery carrier and they finally responded as probably USPS and that’s not true. I just want others to be aware to please don’t purchase anything from Validtion.com because they are a scam. I’m requesting a refund and hope I can receive my refund. Thank you!
