On July 15th i purchased a ring for $102.00, and after a month wait, I received my item, and within 7 days the ring turned green, so I contacted the merchant, and they said they would send another one for better quality. After another wait for a month, I received my item i mid Sep. And after a month, the stone came loose, and it was glued in, again I contacted the merchant, and their response was we are sorry you are out of 60 days warranty So i contacted my bank, and after their investigation, they denied my claim, saying that the merchant is not responding, and they can not wait longer than usual. By the way, the only thing the merchant offered was $30 if I paid for them to ship me the stone, and my response to them was i am not a Jewler and what I am going to do with the stone. Just wanted to let you know that I am not the only one who went through with an issue.
