I brought a printer 2 days ago it said I got 3 months worth of free ink I tried to claim it and they said no you got to pay monthly I said no I want they says what you can get too much free and you don't have to subscribe so I said okay so I went on and we got to the end of the conversation and she said there's a one-time $5 fee if you want to talk to a customer service rep so I said yes so immediately a screen popped up and it wanted my credit card information so I put it in and it popped back invalid so I got mad and hung up I disconnected and I called my back I got a I got a notice from my bank I call my bank and they said HP instantinc.com tried to charge me $53 but they they declined to automatically so that's what happened and then I tried to redo it with them three different times and every time they tried the same scam on me three times in a row so now I'm calling you to file a fraud charge [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Hpinstaink.com] [Location: CO, USA - 80303]
