Safe or not? IQ Test Scam Ok so I was bored and sleepy so I did an iq test by iqinternational.org and when i saw that the results were for .70£ i didnt even hesitate to pay it (in hindsight its very stupid i know) However unlike most I noticed it was a hidden 50£ subscription and I cancelled it within the trial time (like 10 mins after I paid). I also contacted their support email, and then I have screenshot proof of every step after cancellation. I have also closed my card to any online transactions just in case. I read the Payment Terms and I should be in the clear without it making an subscription however I was nervous since I saw some people on this sub say you had to cancel through the ai bot however the ai bot couldnt find my email address and in general was unusable. Am I in the clear? Has anyone seen the scam and successfully canceled without having to do the extra work? I know legally I have done everything right so far, I just really want to know if cancelling within the “trial” works or do these companies still go with the transaction? (thx in advance ik this was a long post)
