I placed an order on March4, 2026, with Irishshopusa.com advertised on Facebook. The seller provided a tracking number but I have never received the package. The tracking information says the item was delivered on March 30, 2026, but nothing was received at my address. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times, but they have not resolved the issue or provided proof of delivery to my address, I suspect this is a scam website, as they have not been helpful in any kind of resolution of this issue. I ordered From a company called Irishshopusa.com that I found off of a Facebook ad. It initially looked legitimate, stating its ships from boston. My complaint is almost exact as the others listed where it states that you are helping a local irish family. Immediately after payment , they charged my credit card an extra $15 in taxes above the total price. I reached out by email support asking them what their tax bracket was in Boston, because it seemed like an excessive amount of money to add on for taxes. They told me it was a website mistake and removed the charge, yet my credit card was charged internationally through a Paypal even though I used my credit card for the remainder of the amount. I reached out to them four times by email support asking them for their company address and Boston location and they are refusing to give it to me. I have asked them where they are located , and they are not giving me an answer telling me they have warehouses globally. I immediately started getting excessive Spam emails from random names right after the purchase. I have been waiting weeks for the delivery which was supposed to come from Boston , but according to their shipping is coming from China & at this point I no longer want it even if it does actually arrive. The website is misleading and fraudulent and does not ship from Boston. I reached out to my credit card company to file a fraud complaint due to the fact that they refused to give me any information about the company. I did not ask them for a refund, because I decided it was best to just go through my credit card to tell them what was going on because I know something is not right.
