So, I paid via check. We exchanged messages saying that he thought our check bounced. It wasn't my check. But shared screenshots via text - the Screenshots are from Bluevine Checking. Attempted multiple times to retrieve a copy of the signed contract but have not received a response back. He changed his phone number and now I am not able to reach Carter. Now I'm out $1500.
