I received an email back within 15 minutes of my application which I've also copied. It seemed weird, so I googled it and found out this is happening to other people, too. I applied for a job on jobs2careers.com, hours after I applied I got an email from Jay Solis asking to schedule an interview. I scheduled the interview and it took me to webinar for a video that was supposedly an interactive interview amongst myself and 45 other people, you filled out a separate assessment for the job and supposed to hear back from them in 1-2 business days to see about moving forward and getting the job.
